CLEANING-ALL
Bags, wallets, and accessories can by spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap or with a baby wipe.

COTTON
You may wish to spray with Scotch Guard to extend the life and wear. Be sure to wipe other materials and hardware of any overspray with a clean damp rag. Also, many of the canvases I use for exteriors have already been treated; please test to see if a drop of water beads on the surface before adding additional protective layers.

FAUX LEATHER/VINYLS
You can use a automotive wipes such as Armor All or 303 as an additional protective layer to these materials. Always spot test a hidden area first and avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning.

CORK
Do not wipe or spray with any product that is not intended specifically for cork. Also, be mindful that cork leather is a natural product (tree bark). Although it is stain-resistant and antimicrobial, it will wear over the years, especially along folds and edges (much like leather). This is normal and does not affect the integrity of the product.

All ready-made items ship within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, with the exception of United States federal holidays, California state or local holidays, or emergencies that prevent our access to shipping facilities).

We will issue a tracking number once your order has shipped. Delivery time will vary by location and carrier. We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, misdelivered, and/or damaged packages once the delivery service has accepted your order for shipping.

We only ship to the USA. We do not offer international shipping.

We do not offer combined shipping on orders that have been placed separately.

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of each design, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

If after careful inspection you find a flaw in workmanship, please reach out within 14 days of your order delivery date (as noted by your delivery carrier). Although I make every effort to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, I am human. On the rare occasion something may have been overlooked, please contact us to find a reasonable resolution.

"Finished Size" measurements vary by construction materials and are approximate (generally within 1/4 inch).
