All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of each design, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

Please note that all artisanal works carry the natural variations that come with items that are handcrafted. These are to be expected and do not affect the integrity or wear of the product.

If after careful inspection you find a flaw in workmanship, please reach out within 14 days of your order delivery date (as noted by your delivery carrier). Although I make every effort to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship, I am human. On the rare occasion something may have been overlooked, please contact us to find a reasonable resolution.
